The **Tickets** section displays all ticket purchase records synchronized from your connected ticketing integrations. Review ticket sales, customer information, and event details in one centralized location.

## What You'll See

The Tickets table provides detailed ticket information:

* **Ticket ID**: Unique identifier for the ticket
* **Customer ID**: The customer who purchased the ticket
* **Email**: Customer's email address
* **Price**: Ticket price
* **State**: Ticket status (e.g., purchased, used, cancelled)
* **Event**: Associated event name
* **Name**: Ticket holder's name
* **Source**: Integration connector that provided the ticket data
* **Timestamp**: When the ticket was purchased or created

## Features

### Search Functionality

Find specific tickets by searching for:

* Item ID
* Order ID
* Customer ID
* Email
* Event name
* Stadium or venue

The search activates automatically after typing at least 2 characters.

### Table Controls

**View Details**: Click on any ticket row to open a detailed modal showing complete ticket information, including event details, seat information, and transaction data.

**Sorting**: Click column headers to organize tickets by any field (default: most recent first).

**Pagination**: Navigate through pages using First, Previous, Next, and Last buttons.

## Real-Time Updates

Ticket data automatically refreshes when new tickets are sold or synchronized from your connected ticketing integrations, ensuring you always see the most current sales information.

* **Customer Insights**: Review purchase history by customer email or ID
