Create a New Communication
Create a campaign in your marketing connector from Clubtrack
To create a new communication, go to Communications and click the New Communications button in the top-right corner. The communication creation modal will appear:
The modal fields are:
Name: A name to identify the segment across the platform and in the third-party marketing connector.
Description: A brief description of the communication.
Segment: The segment associated with the communication. Go to Marketing Segments for more details.
Connector: The external marketing connector where the communication will be created. Go to Connectors for more details.
Due to integration purposes, the segment associated should be a segment created in the same connector selected.
Once completed, click Confirm to save the communication. The detailed view of the communication will be displayed. The communication will automatically sync with the marketing connector, and the statistics of the campaign will be updated in the Clubtrack platform.
Clubtrack synchronizes marketing communication every time the marketing connector is synced.
