Marketing Communications
Easily track your marketing campaigns
Clubtrack Marketing Communications allows you to create communication campaigns in a marketing connector.
The platform uses a segment of the connector to create the campaign in the third-party marketing platform.
For now, content creation and email sending must be done from the third-party marketing platform.
To view the current communications, go to the Communications menu under Marketing in the sidebar.
The list of communications will be displayed. On this page, you can click on a communication to view more details.
To create a new communication, go to the Create a New Communication section.
By clicking on a communication, the Communication Summary page will open:
On this page, you can:
Change the segment name as it will appear across the platform
View the communication statistics
Manually synchronize the communication
By clicking on the Settings tab, the Communication Settings page will open:
On this page, you can:
Change the communication name as it will appear across the platform
View the ID associated with the communication
View the Segment ID associated with the communication
Manually synchronize the communication
Delete the communication
When a communication is deleted, Clubtrack removes the communication from the external platform and all the data associated.
Clubtrack synchronizes communications to the external platform in real-time whenever there is a connector synchronization.
