Create a New Segment
Send advanced fan segments to your marketing platform
To create a new segment, go to Segments and click the New Segment button in the top-right corner. The segment creation modal will appear:
The modal fields are:
Name: A name to identify the segment across the platform.
Description: A brief description of the segment.
Bookmark: The bookmark that will be used to segment the fans. Go to Bookmarks for more details.
Connector: The external marketing connector for sending the segmented fan data. Go to Connectors for more details.
Once completed, click Confirm to save the segment. The detailed view of the segment will be displayed. The segment will automatically update and start sending the segmented fan data to your marketing platform.
Clubtrack synchronizes marketing segments every time fans are synchronized, applying the filters in real-time.
